I am an occupational therapist specializing in supporting chronic pain, specifically the pelvic and back pain. My practice blends Pain Reprocessing Therapy with somatic integration modalities, as well as my clinical expertise in pelvic health and movement modalities. My practice addresses the biomechanics, neurology, and nervous system regulation cofactors that create a chronic pain experience.
I am deeply invested in facilitating strategies that work for every individual client. Working with me feels supported, gently challenging, and ultimately, a way to sustainably connect and ground to one’s own needs.
For the past six years, I’ve owned a successful pelvic floor rehabilitation practice focused on complex chronic pelvic pain. This expertise in biomechanics, movement, and specific pelvic disorders is integrated into my work to provide an expansive scope of care for those with chronic pain.
I help people feel more comfortable and empowered in their bodies.
I am a body positive therapist. I believe in supporting all people across the gender spectrum and use trauma-informed care.
